With roots in Jordan, NGFF saw an opportunity to bring an authentic, fresh, and gourmet Middle Eastern offering to the Toronto market. The task was to develop a creative concept and brand identity for this gourmet and contemporary Middle Eastern offering.
Opening a restaurant isn’t easy. Especially when it’s in one of the most competitive neighbourhoods in the country. Garnering its name from the Rose City – another designation for the magnificent and unique city of Petra – we developed Rose City Kitchen as an approachable, authentic and contemporary brand. With a custom-designed neon rose perched in the window generating pre-launch anticipation, we worked feverishly to ensure that the creative vision came to life in-store. Rose City Kitchen launched with much acclaim in early 2014.
With an extremely successful King West launch and a new location currently under construction, Rose City Kitchen is well on its way to painting the town red.
